I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Obesity, and Major Depression. I am now no longer obese, have normal blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and my diabetes is under control. I lost 40 lbs. and the doctor told me I no longer have to take daily blood pressure medication or glucose tests. My depression is also improving day by day as I take back control over my life. I was also inspired by research conducted by Yale researchers who measured how people felt about growing old. What they found was surprising: those with a positive view of aging lived more than 7 years longer — a gap traced back to attitudes they'd recorded as much as 23 years earlier (Longevity Increased by Positive Self-Perceptions About Aging). So I thought, what if I developed an anti-aging program that incorporated a way of reprogramming people's beliefs about aging? And since many of these are rooted deep in the subconscious, it requires a well-established technique to unravel them. That's why I added hypnosis as one of the components of the AAMP to help supercharge people's beliefs about aging from negative to positive ones and to motivate them to change. In fact, the AAMP contains three pre-recorded hypnosis sessions to coincide with various stages of the 12-week program: Hypnosis #1: Awareness, Hypnosis #2: Motivate, and Hypnosis #3: Change. And unlike those New Year's resolutions that seldom result in measurable improvements, the AAMP is designed to keep you motivated for change for a long, long time until you develop a positive lifestyle geared towards health and longevity.

The structure and timeline of the AAMP are designed to provide a clear and comprehensive roadmap for your journey to ageless living. Divided into three four-week phases, each begins with an assessment using the AAMP Assessment Tool. The initial evaluation sets baselines to identify your specific needs, which we can measure and monitor throughout the program. This includes a detailed review of the five essential elements of health and longevity (AAMP Modules): diet and nutrition, exercise, mental health, social activities, and lifestyle. By understanding your starting point, AAMP can provide personalized recommendations to help you achieve your goals. Subsequent assessments in Phases 2 and 3 use the same AAMP Assessment Tool to help you measure and record progress in the AAMP Personalized Progress Chart. To help you with your AAMP journey, the workbook is divided into five sections: Assessment, AAMP Hypnosis, Measuring Progress, Implementing AAMP in Your Life, and, in the back, The AAMP Modules and Appendices provide more detailed information and structure to support your AAMP journey. Upon completion of the program, the AAMP Twelve-Week Tally will provide you with your Eternal Youth Score, which is the difference between your initial and final AAMP Assessment.
